why we designed this
Developed while working with Specialist Military Unit (SMU) Operators, this cycle addresses a key challenge—maintaining strength and conditioning despite demanding operational and technical training schedules.
The ‘Three Zero’ (30) cycle was specifically designed to maximise efficiency, minimise time commitment, and simplify the training process.
By reducing the cognitive load of committing to a session before or after an intensive day, this programme ensures consistent physical development without compromising operational readiness.
