Designed to physically prepare you for Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) Training, this cycle builds elite-level conditioning, upper body endurance, and relative strength.
It also focuses on building stamina in your fundamental movement patterns, whilst enhancing water-based conditioning, and confidence in aquatic environments.

This cycle is designed to condition both the mind and musculoskeletal system, starting with a strong aerobic foundation before strategically overreaching to induce controlled fatigue.
By systematically exposing you to stress, it builds mental toughness and enhances your ability to perform under pressure.
