why we designed this
Extensive research and direct collaboration with Ranger selection cadre and RASP candidates revealed the most common physical limitations: insufficient aerobic endurance, slow recovery from anaerobic exertion, and underdeveloped upper body strength.
This programme systematically builds aerobic capacity, enhances lower body durability, and develops upper body strength and muscular endurance, ensuring you are fully prepared to recover and excel during selection.
