ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Our Strength Biased Cycle is now a complete 12-month programme - a structured, long-term progression designed to build meaningful, lasting strength. Originally developed to support military personnel training year-round, it is equally suited to anyone seeking a clear and effective pathway to becoming stronger and more resilient.
The focus is on developing maximal strength, muscle mass, and connective tissue resilience — the qualities that take time to build and underpin long-term performance. Conditioning is trained concurrently to ensure steady improvements in overall work capacity without compromising strength development.
Mobility and joint robustness are integrated throughout to enhance movement quality and reduce injury risk. The result is practical, transferable strength that supports demanding work, sport, and everyday life.
why we designed this
This cycle was originally created after identifying a clear gap for tactical athletes who were not preparing for an immediate course or selection, but still required a structured, long-term framework to progress.
