ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
We have expanded our Strength Training Programme. Alongside the original six-month Cycle, we have now added two further 12-week cycles: Strength Cycle Part Two and Strength Cycle Part Three.
This full progression is designed to enhance operational performance and long-term physical resilience. The training focuses on developing strength across both skeletal muscle and connective tissue, while maintaining or steadily improving energy system efficiency across multiple time domains.
A key secondary objective is to enhance mobility and joint robustness, thereby supporting improved movement quality and reducing the likelihood of musculoskeletal injuries. Through structured progressions and attention to movement mechanics, this programme helps ensure you remain capable, durable, and ready for the demands of your environment.
why we designed this
While working with tactical personnel who had no immediate courses or selection pipelines, we identified a need for a structured, year-round strength biased training cycle.
The Strength Cycle was developed to provide long-term progression, prioritising the physical qualities that take the longest to build; strength, muscle size, and connective tissue resilience.
By maintaining a well-balanced training routine, this cycle ensures continuous development and being ready for your role year-round.
